Testimonies
God
is good! He is so worthy of our praise. I spent
many years of my life not knowing Him, but praise God He opened
my eyes. He has blessed me in so many ways. My goal
in life is to trust and serve the Lord with all my heart and
all my soul. I see so many individuals around me trying
to fill the void in their life with many of the wrong things.
I know this because I used to be one of those people.
Jesus is the answer! In John 14:6, "Jesus saith
unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." I
praise the Lord for all the things that He has delivered me
from. I don't ever want to go back to the lifestyle or
the mindset that I had before. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new
creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are
become new."
In
Luke 9:26 "If anyone is ashamed of me and my words,
the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his glory
and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels."

Proverbs
3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean
not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge
Him, And He shall make your paths straight."
I
thank the Lord everyday for the mercy He has shown me and the
depths He has delivered me from. I have been places that I should
not have been, done things that were not right to do, and hurt
people who did not deserve to be hurt. I thank God for His Son,
Jesus Christ, who has taken the burden for these sins and I
can be "a new creature" in His eyes.
I
have seen first hand the power of God's love and I sincerely
hope that everyone can one day see this power for themselves.
He has blessed me in so many ways and turned things which I
once thought were burdens into the biggest blessings of all.

your ways my ways, saith the LORD."
Praise
God for that!!! Anyone who knows me knows that by nature I seem
to have what some call a slight obsession for organization.
I am a listmaker. Spontaneity is rarely in my vocabulary as
I like to write everything down on my calendar and have my days
well planned out in advance. So imagine the adjustment when
I accepted my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ into my life and
no longer had control. While it is a very intimidating thought
for some to give their lives completely over to God, boy am
I glad I did. I have found a peace that no amount of control
or organization could ever deliver. And now my desire is to
reach out to as many people as I can and share the love of Jesus
Christ and encourage them to have faith and lean on Him. God
has given me a burden to share with others that no matter where
you come from, or what your background is, or what terrible
sin you have committed, God is willing and waiting to forgive
you and welcome you home. And if you will just make that one
important decision to let God in, you'll never have to worry
about making another decision on our own. What a powerful thought.
And once you make that decision you can stop sweating the small
stuff in life and can find rest and peace in knowing who controls
your tomorrow.

I
was living in this tangled web of drugs, alcohol and lies. I
didnt think there was anywhere to go, but down. I was
really in a big mess, my husband was leaving me, no one trusted
me and I was on the verge of losing my child. That is when I
saw the light. God saved me and I dedicated my life to Jesus
Christ. It was almost an instant change. That life I had been
living was gone; I was a completely different person. I was
just amazed by the work God had done. Then he worked a miracle
in my life when He mended the relationship with my husband.
If you had of met either one of us you would have known there
was no way we could have ever worked things out. But God did
it. I still think back and it is hard to believe. We are now
happier than we have ever been and it is all because of God.
He has great things in store for all of us, if we just let him
lead. God loves you no matter what you have done or where you
have been. He wants to help us, but we have to ask for that
help.
